Bienvenue and Bienvenidos! Welcome to Mrs. Murphy class! I am so excited to work with your child this year. I hope to inspire your child's curiosity for other languages and cultures. Knowing a Foreign language makes the world a little bit smaller. It also helps us to relate to others and understand our place in the world.

I have had many amazing opportunities to travel overseas and learn different languages as well as cultures. For learning Spanish, I studied at the Universities of Puerto Rico, Barcelona and Granada, Spain. Because of my love of travel and passion for learning languages, I continued to study at the University of Nice as well as Sorbonne in France.
